Integrated Bridge Systems has been designed as the digital control centre for all ships management functions. Configurable for one-man operation the functions of the Integrated Bridge include: ECDIS, radar, machinery monitoring & control, special auto pilots and auto throttle systems, communication and conning display System.
Navigation Management System is an IMO/IHO compliant Electronic Chart Display and Information System using IHO S-57, CMAP CM/93 or HCRF(e.g. ARCS) formatted data.
This Platform Automation System is a sophisticated reliable user-friendly monitoring and control system. Ricom 3000 is perfectly suited for applications such as propulsion control, power management, pump/valve automation, tank gauging and reefer container monitoring.
Conning Systems is the central system for the display of environmental, navigation and steering data. The NavCon 3000 system can optionally act as control system for the auto pilot and auto throttle system; all functions can be handle by means of tracker ball from screen.
Imtech has designed the DPT series Dynamic Tracking and Positioning Systems. Applications for these systems can be found on Dredging, Semi-submersibles, Offshore and Mine Hunting Vessels. For Naval vessels special auto pilots have designed for Submarines (automatic heading/depth/pitch/trim control) and Frigates.
Imtech supplies or offers advise about the choice of the electrical power generating and distribution system. Our in- house produced low-medium voltage switchgear and local distribution panels are tailor-designed to Customer specification; dimensions, weight, shock. As a turn-key system integrator Imtech can deliver the complete electrical material packages for assembly at the yard, by combining own products with third party equipment. Such as Siemens, Holec and Alconza.
The Digicom 2000 system is digital control unit for control of diesel-generator sets, being an integral part of our main switchboards. The systems caters for all necessary protection & control circuits such as: diesel start stop, synchro-check, over-current, load sharing and shedding.
Imtech has a vast experience in engineering, delivering and installation of various types of electrical drives on board of ships, whether military, dredging, offshore or other special type vessels. Examples are drives for abandonment & recovery winches, drives for constant tension operations of pipe laying vessels (Allseas), drives for Semi-submersible Crane Vessels with a lifting capacity of over 5000 tonnes (Heerema) and drives for dredging pumps, winches and thrusters of large dredging vessels (IHC).
