AALBORG INDUSTRIES

The shell & tube type heat exchangers from Aalborg Industries meet a wide range of needs for customers in the marine market. Applications range from oil preheating to heating of water and edible products. Aalborg Industries provides custom fit solutions with off-the-shelf delivery times and quoting horizon.

APPLICATIONS

Shipyards and owners rely on Aalborg Industries for the supply of reliable and thoroughly tested heat exchangers. Heaters are used for a variety of applications such as cargo heating, tank cleaning, fuel oil and lubrication oil heating and purifying. Engine cooling/preheating, fresh water heating, steam generation and dump condensing/drain cooling are other functions performed by Aalborg Industries heat exchangers. A variety of noble materials is used in the production of heat exchangers to ensure their durability and longevity for use in connection with hazardous or corrosive media.


The VESTA™ product range comprises:

  • VESTA™ EH electrical heaters for oil and water heating and as immersion heaters
  • VESTA™ EH-U electrical heaters for heating of engine jacket cooling water
  • VESTA™ MX for preheating of oil and water
  • VESTA™ MD drain coolers, oil coolers, dump condensers using seawater as a medium
  • VESTA™ MD-T tank cleaning heaters using seawater as a medium
  • VESTA™ MP-C cargo heaters in stainless steel which can be installed on deck.
