AALBORG INDUSTRIES

Boilers and waste heat recovery units from Aalborg Industries are the preferred boiler products for most of the world’s commercial fleet including the oil/gas industries’ FPSOs, FSOs, etc. The company has the largest and most advanced variety of steam, hot-water or heat producing process boilers in the business today and supplies boilers as modular units complete with burners and control systems. The product range covers capacities from 1 to 120 t/h steam. The Aalborg Industries Group has sales and service companies in 14 countries around the world and boiler factories in five countries. STEAM AND HOT-WATER

Since 1919, Aalborg Industries has designed and built oil- and gas-fired steam and hot-water boilers. The capacities range from 0.5 to 120 t/h steam or 700-30,000 kW hot-water. Several of the boilers are also able to produce inert gas. The company also offers thermal fluid heating systems in fired and unfired varieties in capacities from 100 to 20,000 kW. Boiler brands cover MISSION™, Aalborg™, Sunrod™, UNEX™ and WIESLOCH™.


WASTE HEAT RECOVERY

A diverse range of designs of exhaust gas economizers and waste heat recovery boilers is available from the Aalborg Industries Group. Waste heat is recovered after diesel engines and gas turbines to fully utilize the fuel.

BURNERS

Most boilers are supplied as units with a combustion and burner management system. Aalborg Industries’ KB™ brand of burners for gas, diesel oil and waste oil cover rotary cup, steam atomizing and pressure jet types. For dual-fuel purposes, the Gosfern™ Para-Flow burners can be supplies.

THE SERVICE NETWORK

A global network of Aalborg Industries’ own companies supported by trusted representatives are at hand to supply service, repairs and spare parts, offer training and upgrading solutions. Many boilers have a lifetime of more than 20 years and ships are converted to other purposes than originally intended, which necessitates prompt and professional consultancy and safe and dependable service.
