CSDchek®

CSDchek®, a revolutionary product from PRÜFTECHNIK Alignment Systems used to determine the web deflection of crankshafts in the shipping industry. The system offers following worldwide unique combination of features:

BORALIGN® Ultra

BORALIGN® Ultra is a bore alignment application available on the industry proven ROTALIGN® Ultra platform. It is used to measure bores of different diameters, starting from 45 mm up to several meters. Both magnetic and nonmagnetic bores can be measured. A powerful advantage of this system is the repeatability of results, which is in the range of around 1 µm, unsurpassed in industry.

Main benefits offered by BORALIGN® Ultra include:

  • Extremely high repeatability of results (around 1 µm)
  • Usable for magnetic and nonmagnetic bores
  • Measurement of half bores with same precision and repeatability as for complete bores
  • Measurement accuracy independent of roundness of bores
  • Bore diameter range - 45 mm up to 3.800 mm

SHAFTALIGN® Ultra

SHAFTALIGN® Ultra is used to measure shafts with distances of up to 40 m (e.g. from stern tube to engine). Its large detector surface of 45 mm x 45 mm makes laser set-up and the step-by-step measurement straightforward. The application is integrated in the industry proven ROTALIGN® Ultra platform. As both, BORALIGN® Ultra and SHAFTALIGN® Ultra, run on one platform, the investment pays dividend in no time at all.
